Cold outside

Holly crap it is Cold out. You would think I was in Alaska or something.  I went outside just to go to the store and that was enough for me!  Good day to stay inside.

New New Years Resolution

After seeing the Montana Creek neighborhood I have decided not to purchase anything.  Everything is going either into savings or to pay down my mortgage  I have $18.00 left on my coffee card.  I usualy stop by and pick up a cup of coffee every morning. But  that will save me $365/ year.  I also am going to call  the P home and see if I can work this week.  All that money will go to pay off the mortgage.  
What else can I do.....?

I guess my New Years resolution is to blog or to keep a running journal if you will.
I have been spending most of my day in my craft room. Making little boxes.  Don't ask me why I just trying to be creative I guess.  Not sure what I am going to do with this stuff.
It is very windy today. We had some stuff on the porch and it is all blown around.  Rainy too.  We had gotten a bunch of snow but with the wind and the rain that is pretty much gone.
This morning we went to a couple of garage sales.  We found a neighborhood called Montana creek.  It is SO Nice.  That is where we would like to live.  I know I shouldn't even think of moving since we have only been here for such a short time but the houses sure are nice in that neighborhood.

Today at work the people from out insurance company was there.  I stopped by and told them I had received about $200,000 in doctor bills.  She told me out of all of it I will only have to pay $1100  OM Gosh that has got to be the best news ever!!!!

I will continue to work some extra hours at the P home but I am not going to work two days in a row.  That is too much for an old women like me.

My feet hurt.  I was on my feet all day.  I guess I have gotten spoiled by being in the Endo room for so long.  I need to try to remember to get a doctors appointment for these bone spurs.  I can only imagin what that is going to cost, plus  missing more work!  O good lord there is always something isn't there.  2 steps ahead three painful steps backwards

Last night prior to  going to bed, I decided I would get up early bring Mr Roogles for a long walk.  And I thought just for tomorrow I will not eat any candy.  I wasn't going to say I would not eat candy at all this year I just thought Just for tomorrow No candy.
Holly woke up in the middle of the night I went to lay down with her. She has a twin bed and 950 stuffed animals.  I fell asleep, half on the bed with my left shoulder and leg off the bed.  When I woke, my shoulder was killing me.  It was 4:30am I dragged myself back to my bed.  The alarm went off, I hit the snooze bar... 3 times.  I skipped taking Mr Roogles for a walk. I took a shower and dragged myself to work.  One of the doctors bought us all boxes of Jr Mints with Movie passes attached.  During the next hour I had the box of Jr mints gone.
So.... Both of my the things I was going to do for "Me"  I didn't do.  OH WELL
I got an email  first thing this morning from the P home asking me if I wanted to work the evening shift.
I said yes.
I got the bill from Harborview yesterday.  It was $130,000.  I decided if the P home needs someone to work, I better not turn them down.  I have insurance.  I have no idea what they pay on a bill like this?  I think my insurance covers 80% so does that mean I have to pay 20% of $130,000.  That is going to be $26,000?  OMG I could purchase a truck for that.... what do trucks cost?   I am sure I  could purchase a nice truck for that.  I have a truck I don't need a truck.  I hate owing money!
It is 11pm at night I got to quit thinking about money I will never get to sleep!
